Design Notes

The characterized part was not BioBrick compatible. Therefore, first mutate the sequence to make it TypeIIS BioBrick compatible. Use the following mutations: GvpC codon 25, GvpG codon 78, GvpL codon 241. Earlier mutation attempts failed.
