tANK6 peptide fused with slp_mod signal peptide
tANK6 is a tandem peptide designed for inhibition of amyloid beta aggregation [1,2]. It's non-tandem counterpart has also shown to have inhibitory effects on curli fiber elongation [3].
SLPmod is a signal peptide for secretion and an existing part in the registry: https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3183008 SLPmod has been shown to be effective in L. lactis [4].
