DB3DB3 peptide fused with L. lactis Ups45 signal peptide
DB3DB3 is a peptide designed for inhibition of amyloid beta aggregation [1]. It has also shown to have inhibitory effects on curli fibre elongation [2].
Usp45 originates in Lactococcus lactis and is a major extracellular component [3]. Its secretion signal peptide has been shown to successfully cause secretion in L. reuteri when fused with GFP [4].
