HIV-1 Ψ long

Ψ long is a full length RNA packaging signal from the HIV1 genome. It helps the gag recognize the RNA sequence to be packed. This part can be fused with the sequence of interest, which is to bind to gag protein. We use an elongated version just in case there will be some elements, which will help to pack the RNA sequence as well.
