the CAI-1 detector engineering sequences
This part is used to detect V.cholerae’s autoinducer CAI-1 by using three cascading phosphorylated proteins. With the inhibition caused by a series of proteins, we can finally get an inducing promotor tpQrr with high selectivity toward CAI-1 concentration. With this part, we can use a promotor controlled by the cell density of V.cholerae.
