lac operated PhlF synthesis circuit

The production of PhlF was controlled by changing IPTG concentration (fig. 1).

Western blot was used to detect the normal expression of PhlF (fig. 2). Control of one input factor of a complex component in the case of PhlF expression is guaranteed. The experiment group is the strain with the inducer and the control group is the strain without the inducer. The Positive control is the GFP protein with his tag.
