AHL induced transcriptional unit assembled with a one-pot Level 1 Golden Gate reaction using BsaI type IIS endonuclease.

This composite part, together with K3893026, is a component of the intermediate part K3893029 to assemble the release system device (K3893030) of our Agrobactory 593. It is used to express the lysis protein phiX174 when AHL (bound to to LuxR) is present, a fundamental piece of our population oscillator. release device.
