lldPR generating cassette

This cassette generates lldP and lldR constitutively. lldP codes for lactate Permease (Part:BBa_K3848008) that transports L-lactate across the membrane. It can also transport D-lactate and glycolate. And lldR codes for a lactate responsive transcription factor lldR (Part:BBa_K3848009). The transcription activation or repression activity depends on the promoter, where if the lldR operator sites intercalate the promoter then it generally leads to transcriptional repression (e.g: Part:BBa_K1847008).
