Expression cassette of pMMO beta subunit with constitutive promoter

BBa_K3841069 is an expression cassette designed for Komagataella phaffii GS115. The PmoA protein and TEF terminator are codon-optimized for K. phaffii under the control of the strong constitutve GAP promoter.

Folding of PmoA (BBa_K3841009) with signal peptide (BBa_K3841036) and PmoA (BBa_K3841009) simulated using AlphaFold [1]. The coding sequence in this expression cassette follows the orange structure.
