Particulate methane monooxygenase alpha subunit (PmoB) fused to Venus

Particulate methane monooxygenase alpha subunit B (BBa_K3841010) fused with the flourescent protein Venus (BBa_K3841006) via a flexible linker (Gly-Gly-Ser-Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly-Ser-Gly-Gly) not to impair activity [1].

Folding of PmoB-Venus (BBa_K3841015) and PmoB (BBa_K3841010) simulated using AlphaFold [2]. This part follows the blue structure.
