Design Notes
After extensive screening, we finally selected lipase from Aspergillus Niger(DQ647700.1) and optimized the codon suitable for heterologous expression of Pichia pastoris. Depending on the vectors and promoters we use, we remove the incompatible sites, especially those at both ends, so that the enzyme and other components can be assembled normally.
