(GGGGS) 2 linker

The (GGGGS)2 linker is a flexible peptide chain which serves as a separation function to separate the fusion proteins from each other, so as not to form high-level structures with each other and affect their functions. In other words, in order to prevent or reduce the mutual interference between the two proteins in spatial conformation, a connecting peptide is added between the two proteins when designing the fusion protein.
