Design Notes
We need to consider where each basic part is placed to ensure that it performs the transcription and translation processes most efficiently, which needs to satisfy the principles of biological design. In addition, because of the large molecular weight of the enzyme, we needed to consider whether it could be secreted or whether it was present in the inclusion bodies, which had a significant impact on our subsequent experiments.
