PilE + RBS, ACIAD3314

PilE / ComF RS15000 prepilin-type N-terminal cleavage/methylation domain-containing protein. It is one of the transformation genes involved in creating the pilus structure that captures and brings in DNA molecules into A. baylyi. They form structural elements on the inner membrane.
