aprE signal peptide

aprE signal peptide is sequences of a kind of peptide which can improve the production of protein by improving the velocity which B. subtilis transport target protein outside it’s cells significantly. We hope our fusion proteins can be expressed at higher efficiency with the help of aprE signal peptide[1]. However, because the peptide is designed for B. subtilis, and we did not succeed in transformation of this bacterium. We hope we can utilize this part for greater production of proteins in the future.
