ssDNA, a random sequence for control

We used this randomly formed oligonucleotide as a control for our Biotin-SA binding experiment. We modified one biotin molecule at the 5' end and one FITC molecule at the 3' end of this sequence. We hope to use this oligonucleotide to test the binding efficacy of Sa to Biotin and the optimal concentration for both SA beads and Aptamers.
