Design Notes

In mammalian cells, no PFS restriction has been documented for the RfxCas13d .The sequence of RfxCas13d protein contains rare codens,so in order to be successfully expressed,host which is is enriched in tRNAs for rare codons is required(such as E.coli DE3)
