Design Notes

The N-terminal split intein Cfa-n contains the SI sequence on its N terminal, so this part should be attached downstream of the target protein. It should be noted that sequence does not contain the stop codon, so when it is at the end of the CDS, a stop codon should be added during the plasmid construction.
