Design Notes
The part is a MoClo Lv.1 part, assembled in in the acceptor Lv1 entry vector whose ori is âBBa_K2560036â, and it's resistance cassette is âBBa_K3726039â (MARK_Lv0_AmpR). This part has been assembled following the marburg collection standard, then the transcriptional unit is flanked by the part âBBa_K3726104â (5CON1(H)_NS1(mod)-up (PCC 11801)) that allows homologous recombination within the PCC 11801 Genome, and by the part 3'Con2 âBBa_K2560071â that will allow the assembly of a Lv2 construct.
