The 17nt target DNA of CRISPR-Cas12a system which can bind to guide RNA and Cas12a nuclease.

BBa_K3696008, BBa_K3696010--BBa_K3696014 are used in Cas12a testings, the protocol is shown below:

The system is put into the enzyme marker and reacted for 60 minutes at 37℃.

ssDNA-15nt concentration testing

From the detected fluorescence, we determine that: ssDNA-15nt has the highest efficiency, and its limit for detection is 5 nM.
