Design Notes

For cloning purposes, attaaGAATTC (containing EcoRI) was added to 5' end and tttAAGCTT (containing HindIII) was added to 3' end. On both ends of the sequence, there are several nucleotides that help the restriction enzymes to interact with the sequence.
