Part:BBa_K3561028
TSNAVAWTLRCL-CBD
This fusion is a fusion of our palladium reducing peptide and cellulose binding domain. The palladium reducing peptide is expected to reduce palladium and the cellulose binding domain is expected to adsorb to cellulose. More details of the palladium reducing peptide can be found in part BBa_K3561013, this is one of the best performing peptides. The sequence of the cellulose binding domain is provided by Prod. Shen Long Tsai and can be found in part BBa_K3561026.
We have added a NheI and a PStI cut site at the start and end of the sequence respectively. An EcoRI cut site is added in between the peptide and the CBD. The codons are also optimised.
