GFP coupled with Clb2(N124aa)

GFP coupled with Clb2（N 124aa）is composed of Clb2（N 124aa）(BBa_K3506002) and GFP(BBa_E0040) through Linker(BBa_K3506013). Previous research shows that a Clb2 KEN box can only degrade targeted fusion protein with the help of the first 124 amino acids of Clb2[1]. So we designed this composite part to characterize the periodic degradation function of Clb2（N 124aa） by the fluorescence generated from its expression to use the results to verify that our ABC(Automatic Barcode Creator) system can achieve the desired effect.
