Ptet-T7polymerase+Hg(II) Bioabsorption Device

This part is made up of a Ptet-T7polymerase and the Hg(II) Bioabsorption Device. The Ptet-rbs-T7polymerase can constotuitively express in the DH5alpha strain, which can drive the Hg(II) bioabsorption device. the Bioabsorption Device is combined with the Dsba-MBP, MBP and lpp-OmpA-MBP. MBP here refers to the mercury metal binding peptide.
