Design Notes
We added some bps to trigger RNA in the 5' terminal to increase its stability.
We have optimized the Trigger RNA on ThermoFisher SCIENTIFIC(https://www.thermofisher.com/cn/zh/home/life-science/cloning/gene-synthesis/geneart-gene-synthesis/geneoptimizer.html) to use it better in our engineered bacteria.
