Design Notes

To target diverse kinds of protein, we figured out the dual luciferase assay and set the repleceable part to cope with different kind of protein.

Source

CMV is a promoter we found through referint to literature. We obtain Fluc from PCR. Our source for Rluc was vector phRL-TK from Promega. P2A was added to express two peptides with only one RBS.
