PcaUAM

In the upstream generator use in the PCA control system, the function of this element is to generate PcauAM protein, which is can activate the downstream promoter: p3b5b or p3b5c.

Design

PcaUAM-p3B5C-pet28b is just one base pair different between PcaUAM-p3B5B-pet28b.The PcaUAm activator and p3B5B promoter are construct on p15A plasmid, and use eYFP as reporter.
