Design Notes

The poly-lys tag was added to the c-terminus of the coding region, because the his-tag was already located at the n-terminus to avoid unexpected negative effects of two consecutive tags on each other. So shall the c-terminus facilitate the immobilization while the n terminus facilitate the purification.

The sequence was obtained from the biobrick BBa_K2835003, which was contributed by the iGEM-Team Stockholm 2018. https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2835003
