Design Notes

For the correct designing of this DNA computing gate, the sequences must be produced and evaluated through our Genetic Algorithm model, while allowing for the inclusion of the recognition sites for both PvuII and Nb.BsrDI enzymes at the appropriate locations.

The part is produced synthetically and can be inserted into bacterial plasmids through the Golden Gate assembly method. Its sequences are produced through our genetic algorithm model to be robust and orthogonal (https://2019.igem.org/Team:Thessaloniki/GeneticA).
