light inducible expression of mScarlet
We used pDawn plasmid DNA to induce the expression of PET degradation enzymes with light. The mScarlet coding sequence was inserted into pDawn by using the general molecular cloning technique.
Usage and Biology
The E. coli BL21 with the transformed pDawn-mScarlet was cultured in LB(with Kanamycin). After it was cultured in LB (with Kanamycin) diluted 1/100, for 2 hours 30 mins at 37 ℃. Then, we induced mScarlet expression by lighting it with white LED.
