Translational Unit for Int7 integrase

This part can be placed downstreamed a prmoter. It is sure that when it placed under a Ptac promoter on a P15A plasmid and full induced, the recombination between Int7 attP and attB will happen as expected. The RiboJ(BBa_K2615996) part was added before the RBS-coding sequence, so that the modularity and reuseability would be improved.

Usage

The composition and principle of the experimental system

We placed this part downstreamed a Ptac promoter(BBa_K2572025) on a P15A plasmid, and it can cause the recombinant between its corresponding att sites (see BBa_K3254002) on a pSB4C5 plasmid when full induced.
