S. pyogenes terminator

  • Part BBa_K3252015 is the S. pyogenes transcriptional terminator. In our iGem ITB team 2019 was use this terminator because this part must be used to build dCas9 handle to expression gRNA. This part was assembled in to BBa_K3252019 transcription unit by ordering the custom gene synthetic.
