Design Notes

The insulin protein has glycosylation sites that help form the protein [2]. Therefore buffer modifications or processing during purification modifications should be considered. In terms of design, nothing was modified in order to emulate human receptors in the best way possibles with the exception of the Histidine tag to provide more efficient purification and codon optimized for E.coli .
