Design Notes

Because this promoter comes from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, it can be used in yeast without edits or optimizations. What's more, we confirmed that this gene doesn't include the restriction sites which are illegal in RFC10.


Source

The original sequence of pMET3 comes from GenBank BK006943.2, we get it by amplifying from Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY4742 genome and use it as the sample for experiments.
