Design Notes

The PGK1 promoter is used in 2 constructs to drive the expression of Gα chimera proteins (Yeast endogenous GPA1 and Human Gαi and Gαs), which is used for genomic integration of the genes encoding for GPA1-Gαi chimera and GPA1-Gαs chimera in our modular system.
