Design Notes

We designed this part to be used in L. reuteri and also to enable both detection and secretion mechanisms concomitantly. This part also includes a SpyTag and His tag, both codon optimised for L. reuteri, to allow for CD27L endolysin purification.


Source

This part uses a detection system from C. difficile and an endolysin from bacteriophage CD27L.
