Applications of BBa_K3064023
We applied it as a linker in the construction of our protein degradation system. It links the mmuGlucagon part and the mmuIgG-Fc part, which makes it possible for the composite part to specifically bind with GCGR and set up the process of degradation.After it we conduct a series of test to examine whether it plays its role.
