Source

Pre-Ost1-pro-α-factor signal sequence was taken from yeast genomic DNA and 3HA tag sequence was kindly provided by professor Mart Loog research group. 3HA tag was placed to pre-pro signal C-terminal. The whole sequence was ordered from IDT. glcI gene is from Arthrobacter sp. YCWD3. The sequence of the part was obtained from NCBI database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/D23668.1?report=fasta) and codon optimised for S. Cerevisiae
