This part was successfully used with BBa_K300976 to verify the presence of multiple tandem integrants after the integration procedure.

This part was also used with BBa_K300978 to verify the correct integration of BBa_K300000-based integrative plasmids in the Phi80 locus, but this primer pair produced an unexpected amplicon in negative control strains (i.e. cells without integrant). For this reason, this primer pair was not used to test the correct integration. The BBa_K300975-BBa_K300976 primer pair was successfully used for this aim.
