Design Notes

This construct was designed on a level 1 c backbone (BBa_K2984002). Together with L1a (BBa_K2984003) and L1b (BBa_K2984005), a level 2 construct can be built for multiple gene insertion. A B2-B2 linker was used to assemble this construct between PsaD and PETase.
