(Gly4Ser)3 linker

Usage and Biology

As an indispensable component of recombinant fusion proteins, linkers have shown increasing importance in the construction of stable, bioactive fusion proteins. (Gly4Ser)3 linker is one of the most widely used flexible linker that can sustain the bioactivity of fusion protein. In 2019 CPU_CHINA project, we use (Gly4Ser)3 linker to conjunct Lamp2 and PD-L1 targeting peptide.
