Improved mRFP

This sequence is part of a composite part (BBa_K2943902) that aims to improve an existing composite part (BBa_K608014). The sequence is based on the monomer RFP (mRFP, BBa_E1010) with several mutations inside to optimize expression in our composite part. Mutations were placed in order to optimize the mRNA folding energy (calculated by VienneRNA) to gain more efficient translation initiation and therefore higher expression.
