iGEM 2019 St Andrews - Part Development

The Human IgE CH3 Domain expresses well at 25°C in SoluBL21 cells in a pEHISTEV vector, with 0.2 mM IPTG induction overnight, but the expressed protein is mostly insoluble based on small-scale expression tests.
