Design Notes

To enable proper protein folding we designed a short glycine-serine-linker and inserted it between all three subdomains.

The CR-domain of Opy2 was obtained using add on PCR while mCherry was isolated from the iGEM part BBa_J06504 and the major coat protein pVIII was excised from a helperphage plasmid purchased from NEB.
