Design Notes

This promoter is sensitive to short chain fatty acids and was proven in literature to regulate chemotaxis.

Source

The DNA sequence of the promoter was take from Tobe et al.1 and synthesized by IDT. The sequence of eYFP was also synthesized by IDT.
