Two MS2 stem-loops

Our bacterial three-hybrid (BH3) construct (inspired by Berry and Hochschild, 2018) is composed of two fusion proteins with MS2 and PP7 coat proteins and RNA. This present part is composed of two MS2 (from Escherichia phage MS2) stem-loops. MS2 is able to be specifically recognized by MS2 coat protein for linked all the parts of our construct together. This part permits to create a new RNA sequence bordered by MS2 and PP7 stem-loops.
