Applications of BBa_K2923002
This aptazyme was used for Gibson assembly in order to link it to MS2 and PP7 stem-loops, providing its interaction with bacterial thee-hybrids. We use the inactive form as a negative control for the investigation of active aptazyme catalytic activity (see BBa_K2923019).
