Applications of BBa_K2869001
This promoter is inducible within mammalian cells by oxidative stress and heavy metal induced stress. We were able to use it in the CHO-DG44 and AML-12 cell lines.
We used this part coupled to EGFP in a plasmid. We transfected mammalian cells, CHO-DG44 and AML-12 with this plasmid and measured induction.
