Improved J23101

This version of J23101 contains an upstream terminator meaning it can be assembled directly following a coding sequence. It also contains a downstream ribozyme to reduce context dependency of the promoter. The 2018 Imperial College iGEM team (pixcell) used this part to construct the PixCell library of electrogenetic parts. They submitted the part on behalf of the researchers and did not design nor construct it.
