Terminator 908 for Lactobacillus spp. This loop terminator has been used several times in plasmids for terminating antibiotic resistance genes that are meant to be used in a wide arrange of Lactobacillus species, the sequence is present in several different expression plasmids that proved to function for expression in Lactobacillus. The terminator was designed so it could be Rho independent [1], and it also appears in several other plasmid devices meant to be used in Lactobacillus.
